I've been part of the Senior Sistemas documentation team since 2014, focused on the HCM product line — the company's HR software suite. I write, edit, format and publish user manuals, tutorials, release notes and product updates, working in parallel with multiple development squads.
Led the integration of an AI-powered chat and automatic summarization feature into Senior's Documentation Portal search experience. My role was to coordinate implementation across development teams, define how AI would be incorporated into the portal's UX, and structure the prompts that guide the tool's responses.
Collaborating with stakeholders from Product, Development and Marketing teams, I create and maintain the documentation for AI agents within Senior's Documentation Portal, including user guides, technical requirements, prompt guides and best practices. The goal is to provide users with a clear and accessible reference for understanding and utilizing the available AI agents.
Led the migration of the documentation team's technical stack at Senior, transitioning from a proprietary CMS to a modern stack based on Astro, Markdown, and Git. As squad leader, the process included coordinating workflows, defining content architecture, technical validation, and team training.
I created guideline files to direct the generation of technical documentation with AI, including prompt templates, instructions for AI and best practices. The guide helps development and documentation teams use AI tools and vibe coding to create technical content efficiently and aligned with the company's writing standards.
An open-source project I created to gather educational content about Technical Writing in Brazilian Portuguese. TWLivre is a collaborative space where anyone can learn and contribute — and also a hands-on exercise in docs-as-code, with all content version-controlled on GitHub.

I applied the card sorting technique to restructure the documentation content of a product from Senior's HCM product line, focused on corporate social media. The objective was to organize the content in a more intuitive way for users, improving navigation and the overall portal experience.
Capstone project for my postgraduate degree in UX Design. The study analyzed content design strategies in dark patterns found in free-to-play games, with a focus on interface copy. As part of the research, I rewrote microcopy in screen prototypes to assess the impact on user comprehension of what each screen intends to communicate.
