About me

I started writing documentation before I knew it had a name. In 2011, working in administrative roles, I noticed that the systems we used had no manuals — so I created them. That initiative led me to Technical Writing as a career, which I've been pursuing professionally since 2014.

I'm a Senior Technical Writer at Senior Sistemas, where I've built my career over nearly 12 years. Until late 2024, I served as Squad Leader for the HCM documentation team — the company's HR software product line — coordinating deliveries, removing blockers and bridging the team with leadership, while continuing to produce technical documentation across multiple development squads.

In 2025, I moved to the DocOps squad, where I continue as Squad Leader. The focus here is different: tooling, automations and technical improvements in Knowledge Management operations. Alongside that, I'm responsible for the technical and business documentation of the company's AI agent solutions — a strategic product set spanning multiple lines, which requires bridging product, development, support and marketing to turn complex inputs into clear, usable content.

My core specializations are product documentation, UX writing, docs-as-code and — increasingly — the intersection of technical writing and artificial intelligence. In 2026, I completed a postgraduate degree in UX Design, formalizing a focus in user experience, something I've already been practicing for years.

I also invest time in personal projects: TWLivre.org, an open-source educational platform for Technical Writing in Brazilian Portuguese, and articles on Medium covering technical writing and UX writing. I'm a technology enthusiast who believes in using it to make work — and life — easier for people.
